UK Customer Experience Awards 2007
CragRats were finalists in the UK Customer Experience Awards 2007. Established in 1994, the awards examine just how customer focused your organisation really is from top to bottom. 2007 is the third consecutive year that CragRats have been selected as finalists. In 2001 we won the were crowned overall winners and we received the B2B award in 2006.
