CragRats Wins Unisys/Management Today Award

CragRats has been named as winners of the Business-to-Business category in the highly competitive 2006 Service Excellence Awards, sponsored by Management Today magazine and Unisys.

The awards asked us to demonstrate our commitment to providing world-class customer experiences through a rigorous process – first completing an extensive self-assessment form. Short-listed organisations then have to back this up with a full day site visit from experienced assessors and mystery shopping.  The judges were treated to the CragRats' magical experience and presented with our extensive customer experience ethos, and, it seems, were suitably impressed!

The ceremony was held at the esteemed Millennium Hotel, London Mayfair, with a fabulous gourmet dinner menu designed by celebrity chef Brian Turner.

Dave Bradley, our MD,  said “It is fantastic to receive recognition for our commitment to all the people we work with.  Our original business philosophy that service excellence should be at the forefront of all our work is as important today as when CragRats started out.”

CragRats has a long-standing association with these awards, winning the Small Organisation Award in 2000, becomming Overall Winners in 2001 (which lead to a suspension from the competition for several years) and were finalists in 2005. This recognition is a testament to the consistency of our capacity to deliver world-class customer experiences.

The Unisys awards website notes, “The main change for CragRats this year has been the willingness to embrace measurement - born out of their customers' needs. This has put the activities on a more rigorous foundation whilst they continue to look for ways to do things better.” It continues, “Their customer focus, fantastic culture and staff make this a deserved winner.”
