Join CragRats at European Customer Management World
We are pleased to annouced that CragRats will be presenting at ECMW 2008. With over 700 attendees the event is unrivalled in bringing together the customer management industry under one roof to be inspired by the ‘gurus’ in customer management and business leadership as well as showcasing the leading corporate case studies. CragRats will run the pre-lunch session on the Customer Experience Summit Day on the 12th, held at the Royal Lancaster, London. The session entitled 'Achieving a Customer Experience Mindset' will be facilitated by Dave Bradley, CragRats Chairman. We will use some theatrical scenarios and short pieces of video to illustrate the characteristics of three customer experience mindsets. The seminar is highly interactive with our audience becoming ‘participants’ who are asked to consult with their neighbours and to contribute their thoughts and observations.
