What type of learner are you?

What type of learner are you?

Q - How do CragRats make sure your learning programme motivates all your employees?

A – We engage with the various ‘learner types’ within your organisation

This premise is based on the understanding that we are all individuals with individual ways of learning. How often have you sat through a ‘boring’ PowerPoint training session that simply did not appeal? CragRats always consider ‘learner types’ when devising programmes and we deliver learning solutions in a range of mediums from theatrical scenarios to e-learning and media.

This approach is based on the work of psychologist Howard Gardner and his theory of Multiple Intelligences or MI.  Gardner identified seven different types of intelligence that have been translated into ‘learner types’.  (See below for a run down).

CragRats integrated learning programmes take different learning styles into account, blending techniques to ensure that all learners are reached in the communication process.  We use facilitatation theatre-based exercises, websites, media and e-learning to achieve this.
