CragRats in running for top health and safety award

CragRats delivered 30 training events for Rok's 1,221 staff at sites across the North West.  Using consultation, discussion based workshops, high level facilitation and theatrical performances to engage with disparate staff across the business.  We created hard-hitting and powerful performances which ended in a serious accident resulting in the death of one of the key characters.

Following the training the accident frequency rate (AFR) fell by an incredible 87 percent.  It put Rok’s North West operations, based in Salford Quays, ahead of an accident reduction ratio set by the board.

These results have already won CragRats a National Training Award and now we are very proud to have been announced as finalists in the Training Initiative of the Year category at the IOSH awards!
