Barclaycard approached CragRats to produce a customer experience resource for use in their internal customer experience training. They have a vision, led by their global Chief Operating Officer, Paul Fabara, to offer truly best-in-class customer service to every customer.
Their super-objective centred around one word – ‘Obsessed’. They wanted their staff to be obsessed with understanding their customers’ needs, getting things right first time and delivering service with purpose. Barclaycard turned to CragRats to turn this vision into a reality. They wanted a highly innovative multi-media resource that focused on unlocking the potential in all Barclaycard staff and to create a culture where all staff are obsessed with customer experience.
