Customer Experience email teaser
Format: viral email campaign
A short film emailed to delegates, reminding them of a Customer Experience training event they had attended. With high production values and a touch of humour, we are able to get a simple message across to a large number of people. In this case, the primary objective was to remind delegates of the event they had attended and also about the promises they made to themselves about the changes to their organisation they would make.

Induction Training resource
Format: DVD
Client: Bradford District Care Trust
The hardest challenge when deciding to create a corporate training video is how to make it really engaging and memorable. It is ultra-important to ensure the messages are clearly understood and remembered. For Bradford District Care Trust we produced an opening sequence that gave an overview of the work of the Trust and the varied landscape that the employees may be working in. This was followed by four stand alone videos. These formed the foundation of an hour long training session, concentrating on the learning objectives of their induction training. Carefully crafted, each scenario was scripted and filmed using professional actors in the style of a fly on the wall documentary.

Conference Media footage
Format: DVD
Client: Orange
This footage followed an email teaser inviting delegates to their sales conference, which set the tone and theme of the Orange event. The conference proceedings began with a piece of footage that established the focus for the occasion. We helped Orange create a fun and engaging conference with clearly communicated messages that resulted in a motivated and inspired team.
