European Customer Management World (ECMW) - Customer experience
CragRats were approached to speak at the European Customer Management World conference. “Achieving and extraordinary customer experience mindset” was the name of the session we delivered alongside some of the worlds most prominent speakers on the subject of customer managements such as Richard Branson, Ken Blanchard and Stephen Covey. CragRats’ interactive session introduced people to the concept of the ‘mindset’ and how this can be developed to create world class customer experiences.
This short movie clip, entitled ‘Wanted’ was used to illustrate the power of word of mouth in a tongue-in-cheek and engaging way. It highlighted what happens when people have a good experience as a customer. Good customer experience means good recommendations.
