CragRats has been working with a number of the brands on various topics from company re-branding to culture change initiatives. These include: - Argos Retail Group, Central Finance Team - a teambuilding event which focussed on core organisational values
- Shop Direct / Shop 4 Free - a senior managers’ event focusing on clarifying the business objectives for the forthcoming year
- GUS group, Senior Management Team - an event to focus on new business strategy and building integration across the brands
- CBS / Bargain Crazy - the launch of the new brand and to instil the principles of the Management texts 'Gung Ho!' and 'High Five!'
/approach CragRats used a number of accelerated learning techniques throughout the programmes with GUS. These included facilitating discussions on the implementation of the new strategy through a series of forum theatre and development sessions. Roles and responsibilities and communication techniques were explored through interactive theatre, and delegates were able to analyse their expectations. In particular attitudes and behaviours were highlighted that would ensure the strategy is embraced throughout the entire organisation. /results Finance Team at Argos: - Integrated team spirit
