/pre-production

Amber Valley Housing approached CragRats to produce a DVD resource that would have a dual use.  Primarily it was to be used as an induction tool for new members of staff and also as a marketing tool.

Amber Valley Housing (AVH) is passionate about its culture and it is evident that everyone throughout the organisation believes in the company values. 

By observing the workforce and recognising the values that shone through, we were able to develop a production plan that involved using AVH staff with real impact.

/the final production

The end product is a DVD that uses existing staff, their passion for the company and commitment to their customers, to convey a great organisation to work for and with.

The 20 minutes DVD demonstrates the diverse range of services that AVH provides and the impact that this has on the quality of life in the communities that they serve.
