We use a range of techniques including discussion based activity, coaching, workshops and theatrical scenarios, all consolidated into the body of the event through high - level facilitation designed to create a deep learning experience.
CragRats are experts in the use of accelerated learning techniques. Using live-drama enables the audience to relate to recognisable characters and situations from their own working lives. By understanding how and why people do what they do, we can begin to challenge attitudes, change behaviours and shift cultures.
A technique commonly used in a CragRats event is Forum Theatre. It is a highly engaging theatrical tool whereby the delegates interact with our actors (who are playing recognisable characters), coaching them and directing their actions. It is an extremely powerful way to challenge attitudes and behaviours and allows your staff to examine and understand their own values, behaviours and attitudes.
