The Customer Experience
Your organisation may be losing money due to poor customer service. Businesses around the world throw money away by alienating their customers time after time.
We can all think of bad customer experiences, but how many times do we recall a truly world class experience - something that most organisations are, in fact, well-placed to deliver.
So what can you do to ensure your organisation delivers a top-notch customer experience day after day? How can you inspire your staff to emotionally engage with customers and turn them into passionate advocates?
Our Customer Experience Training will look at how to create a Customer Service Culture and find solutions to questions such as:
Understanding the customer journey
- Identifying your own and your organisation’s perceived level of customer service
- What helps you to give stunning customer service?
- How do you really engage with your colleagues and clients?
- How do you ensure that your subculture is aligned with your customer service culture?
- How do you create an open culture where staff take personal responsibility?
- How do you ensure it is lived by everyone?

Health and Safety
CragRats’ Health and Safety events enable organisations to understand how they can achieve a company-wide culture where everyone is risk aware. This innovative culture change programme develops a culture within your organisation where safety is second nature. It will reduce accident rates and avoid potential incidents.
We use dramatic theatrical reconstructions to engage delegates on a much deeper level than traditional training methods. We consider the kind of culture that surrounds Health and Safety compared to the kind of culture they would like to see exist. How can we transform the culture that exists and reduce breaches of Health and Safety regulations on their sites?
This shift results in staff taking an increased personal responsibility for safety. CragRats has reduced safety incidents by up to 26%, potentially saving millions of pounds. Click here to learn more (link to construction minisite)

Equality and Diversity
Do you treat others as you would like to be treated? Or do you treat others how they would like to be treated?
Equality and Diversity affects us all and it is vital to recognise the value these issues have for both business and culture. Addressing the Equality and Diversity needs of your staff brings its own challenges and preconceptions, but approached with a solutions-driven focus can generate true flexibility and real opportunity.
CragRats works with your employees to find ways in which your organisation can:
- Create an equal and diverse culture throughout your organisation
- Encourage the right attitudes and behaviours that create an environment of equality
- Challenge the actions and attitudes that cause these situations
- Develop champions of Equality and Diversity

Non-Directional Coaching
CragRats utilises non-directional coaching techniques in a variety of ways in order to encourage the people with whom we work to develop strategies and solutions to barriers which they may be facing within their personal and/or working lives.
The methodologies employed by our qualified coaches meet two needs. Firstly, they offer a means of encouraging a new attitude towards daily interactions and impart strategies for supporting, leading, challenging and motivating colleagues. Secondly, they enable participants to identify their personal learning goals and programmes of action in moving to put these into their daily practice.

Leadership and Management Development
Managers are required to take ownership and lead their teams by understanding what motivates them and influencing them in the right direction. From our experience, this is often met with “deep grumbling” from managers and they are reluctant (even fearful) of taking this step, from a team-playing manager to a “leader”. This is because they are not able to translate the benefits of being commercially focused into values accepted by their colleagues. Being able to break the boundaries is therefore fundamental in any leadership programme.

Absence and Stress
What would your organisation look like if staff absence was reduced to less than two days absence per person per year? Whatever the reasons, stress and absence costs your organisation both financially and in the quality of service you are able to deliver.
By understanding the causes of poor attendance we can encourage people to take a personal responsibility to improve their situation.
The benefits to tackling absenteeism within your organisation are potentially huge. Improving attitudes, quality and consistency of service will ultimately increase profit, gain efficiencies and save money.
A CragRats programme will work with your organisation to:
- Raise awareness of the cost of absence and stress to the organisation, teams and individuals. This includes understanding how important it is to actively monitor absence and continually work to reduce it
- Take personal responsibility for attendance and put into practice strategies for maintaining your fitness for your work
- Identify strategies for supporting colleagues to help them tackle difficult issues that might affect their attendance
- Create a culture which seeks to continuously encourages organisational improvements to reduce the causes of absence
